We went for a quick drink on a Sunday night. We arrived and we were the only customers. The other customers arrived at around which gradually filled the place.
Customers are seated in kubos One kubo is small, comfortable for but persons can be cramped inside one. The kubo is made out of cement with a small round table inside. Good thing they have a fan inside, otherwise it will be extremely hot. Good thing we were only
What I like about the place is the service. This is an average place where people go to for drinks. You'd expect that it will take some time for the staff to fulfill your requests (ice, next bucket round etc etc) but they have a reddish signal light per kubo that you flick on if you want a waiter to come to you. They're attentive and courteous.
Price point of the food and drinks is ok. Pork barbecue was ok. Calamares was very good. Tokwa was bad.
I would've rated this because of the service but their restrooms are dark and smelly. I can smell the men's room when I walk towards the ladies room. It's understandable that the toilets are cramped. The ladies' room has two cubicles with chipped wood for doors. You flush with a pail of water and dipper. It would have been okay but it's too dark for me. With no soap or tissue.

Ordered their fish fillet with extra large fries and extra large coke light. 172 pesos. Pricy for a burger, fries and soda.
The tartar sauce goes well with the fish fillet.
The fries were not warm. Asked them to give me newly cooked fries.
Tried their new powder sauce for their fries. Sour cream. It tastes like sour cream chips.

I have not planned to eat here, but since I saw myself for something new, I tried instead. Order the Longganisa meal, the 3 piece Vigan Longganisa, fried rice, a side of salted egg with sliced tomatoes and onions on "Bagoong Isa" and cattle broth for soup. I was excited when I saw the serving because I know that I am fully and satisfied. I actually did, but I thought the combination of food tasted really salty, and I needed vinegar to balance it. Luckily it did as if I had enjoyed the food :)

Garlic Chicken, Sinigang na Salmon Belly, Grilled Pusit, Kare Kare, and Sisig all taste delicious. I only wish there were more bellies in the sinigang and less the veggies. Ambiance is okay, its good for enjoying beer with friends. Service was fast.

One of the best lechon in QC. Since I love Bacolod so much, especially their cuisine and roasting technique. I can say that Sabroso Lechon is on of the best Lechon in the metro.
